“It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year With the kids jingle belling And everyone telling you “”Be of good cheer, It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year”.
This is the song that we hear starting right after Thanksgiving. Yet it isn’t
exactly how some of us feel during the Christmas Season. Losses suffered
this year or in the past come back to remind us that someone or something
is missing from our live, loved ones, a home, job, friends, a pet. The list goes
on and on. Christmas can be a heavy emotional reminder.
Jesus’ birth is a wonderfully spiritual time offering us the greatest gift of all,
eternal life. If you are experiencing a hole in your soul at this time of the
year, the St. Matthew’s Counseling Center is here to help. Call 805-480-1167
for an appointment.
